Zucchini keftedes rezept

Das perfekte Zucchini-Balls (Kolokithakia-Keftedes)-Rezept mit einfacher Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung: Nachdem das Essen in unserem All-inclusive-Hotel. 1 Das Rezept bekommt ihr wie immer am Ende des Posts, ebenso alle Teilnehmer und deren Picknick-Ideen. Ich wünsche euch viel Spaß beim Lesen. 2 Zutaten für 4 Portionen. 2 Zucchini; Salz; 2 Frühlingszwiebeln; ½ Topf Bio-Topfkräuter Dill; ½ Topf Bio-Topfkräuter Minze; 3 Zehen NATUR LIEBLINGE Knoblauch. 3 Knusprige Zucchini-Keftedes: Rezept und Zubereitung ; 3–4 Zweige. Minze (ca. 20 Blatter) ; ½ bunch. Dill ; ½ bunch. Basilikum ; 2. Eier ; 80 g. Mehl. 4 Put drained zucchini in a large bowl with dill, scallions, nutmeg, and feta. Mix to combine. Stir in eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in flour until dough comes together, adding slightly more flour if dough is too wet to form patties. Form dough into inch patties. 5 Mix the zucchini, feta, ouzo, garlic, green onion, herbs and egg and season with salt and pepper. Mix in enough flour and breadcrumbs that you can work with the mixture. Form the mixture into balls and dust in flour. Fry in oil until golden brown and set aside to cool. Option: Serve with tzatziki sauce or (warm) marinara sauce for dipping!. 6 1. Grate zucchini on large holes of box grater onto a clean kitchen towel. Sprinkle zucchini with kosher salt. Let zucchini stand at least 30 minutes to an hour. Roll up the zucchini in the towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. 2. Place zucchini in a medium bowl. 7 Mix zucchini, parsley, cheese, bread crumbs, onions, and egg in a bowl. Season with pepper and cayenne; divide mixture into 12 balls. Press balls into 3⁄4"-thick patties. 8 Use a clean towel to wring out as much water as possible from the grated zucchini. Put the zucchini in a mixing bowl with the mint, garlic, scallion, feta, half the lemon zest, and 1 tbsp dill; salt and pepper. Stir well. Stir in the egg with flour until it is well-mixed.
